“Do not be anxious about anything…”

Philippians 4:6-7

This verse is actually on a sticky note on my desk. There are so many reasons to be anxious: personal concerns, work issues, relationship problems. The list is endless. My sticky note is a visual reminder that I don’t have to be anxious, worried, or fearful. The posting of this note grounds me. Seeing those words brings me peace. I am reminded that we must present everything to him. As I walk in this journey called life, I recognize my feelings—often taking the time to journal. As I surrender my mind and spirit to him, I feel his love and am strengthened day by day.
